OurChallenge
Despite a strong reputation in Colorado that spans more than three decades, the local office of national law firm Polsinelli had recently experienced growth and recognized a need to enhance its brand presence on a hyper local level. While traditional public relations and brand awareness strategies were also implemented, Barefoot PR recommended enhancing Polsinelli’s bench strength when it came to community engagement, with a goal of identifying and securing individual community placements beyond just top leadership.
OurSolution
For more than a year, Barefoot PR has implemented our unique approach to nonprofit/civic board and committee matchmaking, working one-on-one with on average two attorneys per month to find the right fit for their interests, level of experience and passion for getting involved.
“Barefoot took the time to meet with me and really understand my interests. They understood both where I wanted to spend my time and my money, but also the type of board I was seeking. They helped me to expand my knowledge of potential boards and how I wanted to give back to the Denver community. Ultimately, they presented me with several great options and then assisted me through the interview process and assured that I was actually invited to join, not one, but two, boards that were of interest.”
