Building a User-Friendly Website Resource Library

Our Challenge

Green Lease Leaders sets the standards for green leases and recognizes landlords and tenants who create and implement these leases. Green Lease Leaders engaged Barefoot PR to transfer the site’s existing content to a new, user-friendly website. In addition, Green Lease Leaders asked Barefoot PR’s web team to transition the cumbersome resource library to a new platform.

Our Solution

Barefoot PR’s web team reorganized the Green Lease Resource Library into a single-page library searchable by topic, building type, stakeholders and lease phase. We added functionality that included the ability to feature a resource and include blog resources both within the library and on their own page. In addition, we created a scalable structure so Green Lease Leaders is able to upload new resources to the library through a simplified back-end process. The resulting site puts the user first and guides them to the resources they need learn how to effectively green their leases.
