In 2025, Denver Park Trust underwent a strategic realignment to position itself more clearly as the philanthropic partner to Denver Parks & Recreation. This shift required an update to their communications approach to ensure consistent messaging across all channels and audiences. The organization needed to move beyond simply announcing activities to strategically demonstrating their impact on Denver’s park system and the communities they serve.
Our Solution
We developed a comprehensive communications plan organized around their new strategic pillars that would guide all storytelling efforts. The plan established specific tactics for media and thought leadership to increase understanding of Denver Park Trust’s essential role in Denver’s park system, using impact-focused content and community engagement.
