Our Challenge
As the leading organization enabling the business community to build the workforce of tomorrow while supporting the workforce of today, EPIC approached Barefoot PR with the desire of building a brand for their annual Business Leaders Dinner that would inspire the influential business and community leaders in attendance.
Our Process
Our team approached the event concepting process just as we would any brand – listening first to the vision of the EPIC team, bringing our creativity and inspiration to the table, and exploring what’s possible to bring vision to life through design. Our mood boarding allowed the EPIC team to visualize and experience what various themes could look like. And our team’s ability to incorporate feedback while maintaining our creative vision resulted in a positive and collaborative experience.
Our Solution
The first event theme we branded brought to life EPIC’s “launch into the future,” incorporating starry skies, shooting stars and even a rocket launch countdown video, all while maintaining a connection to EPIC’s focus on investing in early childhood education.
In year two, we collaborated closely with the venue’s AV team to bring the “Big Ideas, Big Impact” theme to life, using on-screen lightbulbs that illuminated at key moments in the program to underscore major talking points.
Each year we built out the event brands to include:
- Full Event Visual Identity + Brand Package
- Collateral, including invitation, sponsor package, save the date/invitation, program, event presentation deck (including animation and video), lower thirds and supporting graphics
