Inspiring year-end giving through purpose-driven campaigns

OurChallenge

Mile High Youth Corps (MHYC) is a leading organization in youth development, workforce development, and community-based service, empowering young adults ages 18-24 to contribute to their communities through conservation, construction, and healthcare projects across 23 counties in Colorado. These opportunities are made possible by the support of generous donors. In 2024, MHYC approached Barefoot PR to amplify its year-end giving campaign, furthering the organization’s community engagement mission.

OurSolution

Barefoot PR implemented a multiplatform digital campaign from ideation to execution, focused on encouraging the MHYC community to invest in strengthening its network of purpose-driven leaders.

We developed key messages and content strategies to serve as the campaign’s foundation. Over the course of two months, we leveraged Corpsmember voices, social media trends and fundraising best practices to manage MHYC’s social media and email year-end giving efforts. Additionally, Barefoot PR delivered a comprehensive campaign toolkit, including sample email, social media copy, and video prompts, to empower MHYC advocates and supporters to inspire financial contributions within their own networks.
