Amplifying Next50’s Decade of Impact

Our Challenge

Since 2016, Next50 has been working to create a world that values aging. In the past decade, they have funded 625 organizations spanning all 64 Colorado counties and 41 states. Their work was built on a simple but powerful belief: aging is not a problem to be managed, it’s one of the defining opportunities of our time.

Our Process

To ground our work in intention, our team initiated listening and learning conversations, then developed targeted prompts to help Next50 surface content that tells two stories at once: their own growth as an organization and that of the communities they serve. And, because people retain nearly 55% more information when images are paired with text, our design team prioritized visual cohesion from the start, developing distinct concepts before finalizing a report that captured Next50’s spirit and mission. Accessibility was at the forefront of our process, and we ensured the brand colors we used throughout the report met proper color contrast standards.

We seamlessly integrated their words into a fully designed layout, affirming their strategic commitments and empowering readers to refuse to age quietly. The report is packed with inclusive language, bold data callouts, images that break stereotypes about aging and active graphic elements that evoke movement and transition.
