Our Challenge
Husch Blackwell’s Denver office leadership is committed to trailblazing leadership and community investment. To support individual attorneys in meeting this goal, Husch Blackwell approached Barefoot PR to provide training and support for attorneys as they explore nonprofit board and committee service.
Our Solution
Barefoot PR started by hosting a series of trainings on board service basics for attorneys in Denver and at Husch Blackwell’s 20 offices worldwide. Next, our team worked one-on-one with Husch Blackwell attorneys who were interested in forming a meaningful connection with a nonprofit organization or civic group. Our team served as both a coach and a matchmaker, guiding local leaders through a personalized process of finding a meaningful volunteer placement on a board, commission, or committee.
Results
To date, Barefoot PR has made board matches for four Husch Blackwell attorneys and continues to offer the service in partnership with Husch Blackwell leadership.
