Barefoot PR was founded in 2010 by Cori Streetman and Sarah Hogan. Our founders believed strong reputations were built through a commitment to doing the right thing and vowed to never dress up clients to be something they are not. We remain dedicated to this philosophy in our work to build reputational capital through public relations and design with purpose.

We are passionate about the role nonprofits play in dismantling systemic barriers and improving quality of life for all. This drives our work and our commitment to community investment.

We encourage our team to serve on nonprofit boards and committees. We show our support by providing time off to volunteer, making financial contributions, offering training and leadership development opportunities, and showing up as a team for fundraisers, events, volunteer days and other activities. Pro Bono Work

We have contributed thousands of hours in pro bono or discounted services to nonprofit organizations. We select our pro bono clients based on the passions of our team and our company’s relationship to the organization. We focus our pro bono work on projects that can transform an organization long-term. Often, this is a research-based messaging project, a communications roadmap or a program launch. Colorado Gives Day makes good happen for more than 3,000 local nonprofits. What began in 2010 has grown to one of the largest giving days in the US. In 2020, the annual statewide movement raised more than $50 million in 24 hours. This celebration of giving helps donors give where they live to the causes they care about most.
