Community Engagement
The right community engagement strategy helps leaders elevate their presence, fuels employee engagement and creates community champions.
We help companies navigate the nonprofit landscape and prepare employees to lead. We’re translators who understand what companies want, what nonprofits need and what will lead to a mutually beneficial partnership. Need training? We’ll create an interactive program on board service, or a how-to on building your brand through community engagement.
We also serve as a coach and a matchmaker, helping your leaders find a meaningful place to volunteer on a board, commission or committee that matches their skills, talents and ambition.
What We Do
- Board Matchmaking: We serve as a matchmaker and mentor to take employees through our signature board service placement process.
- Corporate-Nonprofit Partnerships: We help companies create mutually beneficial partnerships with nonprofits that align with company values, culture and community investment goals.
- Community Engagement Roadmap: We build the tactical plan for bringing your community investment vision to life from inception to launch, to hitting milestones and reporting on impact.
- Leadership Coaching: We coach company leaders to navigate board service, identify opportunities to engage their company in the community and build community engagement into their personal brand.
- Group Training: We train employees to show up on behalf of their company in the community.
